Ingredients
- 8oz Spaghetti
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, whisk together lemon juice, zest, olive oil, and garlic.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- Toss pasta with the lemon sauce and reserved water. Season with salt and pepper.
